Some frequently asked questions and answers are outlined here. If there is anything you are still unsure about, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to answer promptly!

How old do I have to be to drive your vehicles?
Our minimum age is 25 years old. In certain scenarios we may be able to let you drive some of our vehicles if you are accompanied by the main hirer who is 25 years or older, but this has to be approved in writing first.

Are your vehicles available for Weddings & Events?
Absolutely! Normal day rental fee applies, with the option to have the vehicle delivered for an extra fee. We will even provide a driver (for an additional fee) if necessary. Send us an email with your request and we will do our best to cater to your requirements. EMAIL US HERE

Do you deliver vehicles to hotels or airports for pick-up?
Yes we can deliver your vehicle to your hotel, Airbnb or the airport for an additional fee. Please let us know where you would like it delivered to and we can let you know what the additional fee will be.

Can I drop the vehicle off in a different location to where I picked it up?
Some of our vehicles must be returned at the same location or close to it. Other vehicles we can arrange for you to drop it off in a different location. It is best to chat with us about your itinerary and requirements for pick up and drop off. We will certainly do our best to cater to your needs!

What is the insurance excess cost?
Depending on the vehicle, the standard included insurance excess is $5000. You can also reduce the excess down to $2500 or $1000 by taking out an additional insurance excess reduction on your hire. These reductions vary based on which vehicle you are looking to hire so please ask.

How many KM/Miles can I travel per day?
We allow 200km per hire day for our 4x4 vehicles such as Land Rover, Jeep, BMW X5 and 150km per hire day for our cars such as the BMW 1M, M3 and M5. Additional mileage after that is charged at between $1 per KM and $4 per KM depending on the vehicle you are renting. This additional charge is outlined on each vehicle in the booking quote. Most of our adventure vehicle hires average out at ~170km per day and cars ~120km per day.

Do you rent to international drivers?
Yes we do. As long as you bring your international licence and it is in English. If it is not in English, you will need to provide a verified English version.

Do I need to fill the car up with gas?
All our vehicles will be handed over to you with a full tank of gas. You must return the vehicle with a full tank of gas.
Except for our tours & experiences, these are inclusive of gas usage so you will not need to worry about this.
